We are excited to announce our fall schedule of fitness classes here at St. Johns Chiropractic & Performance! We have teamed up with Leah Klein of PostureWorks to help give you several different options of fitness classes for different age groups located right in the middle of Saint Johns, Florida!
These classes will be taking place in our fitness facility in the back of our clinic. We have plenty of room to move around and our facility includes, weights, clean mats, bands, medicine, balls, and most importantly – trained professionals who can guide you through purposeful exercise to help you accomplish whatever goals you have!
Starting on Tuesday August 16th, Leah will be leading a Sculpt & Stretch class from 9:15-10:15 on Tuesdays and Fridays. On Tuesday afternoons, Leah will be leading a Middle School Fitness class from 3:10-4:10.
Leah Klein is a Licensed Massage Therapist & Certified Personal trainer with years of experience in both of these fields!
Sports Performance in Saint Johns, FL
Dr. Grant Speer will also continue to lead a session on Monday & Wednesdays nights from 4:30-5:30. This session is mainly for middle school & high school athletes of any sport who desire to improve athletic performance & prevent injury!
