We are excited to announce that we will be having a health and wellness fair right here in Saint Johns after the new year! The event will be on Saturday January 15th from 10am-2pm at our office here in Durbin Station!
The event will feature vendors and small businesses in the health, fitness, nutrition, wellness, clothing, beauty industries, and more! Along with local health vendors, there will be a some optional demonstrations, presentations, and demos that all guest are welcome to attend!
At 10:30, St. Johns Chiropractic & Performance will be doing a brief 10 minute presentation titled, “Why You Should Move Your Joints Through a Full-Range of Motion Daily” with a demonstration of a quick mobility routine!
Rise Bakery and Coffee will be here with their food truck providing coffee, breakfast, lunch, and other treats!
It will be a “come and go” event so feel free to bring your friends and family and come at your convenience! There are not many local events like this in the area, making this a great event for those in Durbin Crossing, Aberdeen, Julington Creek Plantation, Rivertown, Silverleaf, and the rest of the 32259 and 32092 zip codes!
