Performance Training in St. Johns, Florida

Our team provides one-on-one performance training for St. Johns residents to help improve their strength, speed, agility, and overall mobility. Our main goal is to highlight how regular training benefits athletes of all ages and stages.

We emphasize client-based solutions, meaning we tailor each training program to meet your body’s performance needs. Armed with a vast training area, we conduct resistance training, cardio routines, bodyweight sessions, strength training, and much more!

Our performance training helps athletes improve their game while reducing injury risks. From increasing your strength and mobility to losing weight and preventing osteoporosis or osteoarthritis, our team can help improve your athleticism and health.

What the Research Says | Why Is Performance Training Important

The research shows that regular performance training carries many benefits. People who regularly exercise typically burn an extra 200 calories when at rest.

Besides helping youth athletes burn extra calories and maintain an ideal weight, a performance training regiment designed and supervised by a certified team is safe and effective.

When you train with us for two to three months for two weekly sessions, you can increase your strength by 30 to 50%. Our performance training routines can also help reduce common injuries like hamstring injuries, ACL tears, and fractures.

Middle School Performance Training

Middle school performance training helps young athletes create beneficial fitness routines and habits early on.

At St. Johns Chiropractic & Performance, we develop a specific program for every athlete that follows the SAID method: Specific Adaptations to Imposed Demands.

The SAID method means we develop and adapt performance training sessions to emulate similar actions in the sport(s) you play.

In particular, we focus on young athletes aiming to play on a team or go on to engage in collegiate-level sports, including golf, basketball, soccer, baseball, and more.

The skills and injury-prevention techniques we utilize easily transfer into other physical activities.

High School Performance Training

High school athletes who want to improve their strength, agility, and overall mobility for the specific sport they play benefit from using our service.

Whether you’re a high school athlete who needs to improve performance in the short term, boost your game for a college sports career, or lead a healthier lifestyle, our team can pair you with the right performance training routine.

Our programs help high school athletes build muscle, preserve bone mass, improve agility, increase energy capabilities, and improve overall mobility.
